The CARS monthly meetings and nets will be moving in 2026.
Our meetings remain on the second Tuesday of each month and will start at 7:00 PM instead of 7:30 PM.
The weekly nets will remain on Wednesdays and will start at 8:00 PM instead of 9:00 PM.
The Cuyahoga Amateur Radio Society holds regular events for both members and the community.

CARS conducts a weekly net at 9 PM on Wednesdays on our Cleveland-area repeater system. The net is open to all amateur radio operators in the area. The next net is and the net controller will be KC8ESG.

CARS hosts VE Sessions on the second Sunday of odd months at 9:15 AM at the Old Elmwood Recreation Center, 6200 Pete Wisnieski Pky, Independence, OH 44131. Anyone looking to obtain or upgrade their amateur radio license is welcome.
The board meeting schedule is set in January each year. All Club members are welcome to attend Board Meetings. Only Board Members and Officers are able to vote. A quorum of six voting members is required to pass any motions.
