Licensing Classes

CARS will offer amateur radio licensing classes beginning Thursday, February 26^th at 6:30 P.M. with registration and orientation.

The Community Room in The Seven Hills City Hall

Note: All participants should use the entrance on the South side of the building.

Schedule & License Types

Classes are held every Thursday, concluding with a VE examination on Thursday, April 9th. Classes are available for the following licenses:

• Technician
• General
• Amateur Extra

Fees & Membership Perks

• Standard Class Fee: $20.00 (All study materials provided)
• CARS Members: General class is FREE
• New Licenses: Students passing the Technician class receive a FREE CARS membership for 2026
